Q. Can I still use VALR if I'm a FNB customer?
A: Yes. FNB is not closing any personal accounts and you can still fund your VALR account by sending money from your FNB account to our Standard Bank account.
Q. Where can I find VALR's banking details?
A: The only place to find our banking details is on the deposit page after you've logged in to VALR. We will never share our banking details in any other way.
Q. Can I withdraw ZAR from VALR to my FNB account?
A: Yes. It may take a bit longer but you can expedite your withdrawals by using our Fast Withdrawal option. Learn more
Q. What can I do to make deposits and withdrawals faster?
A: If speed is of the essence, feel free to open a Standard Bank account (or use our Fast Withdrawal option). Deposits and withdrawals to Standard Bank accounts should be immediate.
Q. What else changes with FNB's decision?
A: Nothing. It's business as usual at VALR.
