Due to the South African banking system, please allow up to 48 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays) for your Rand (ZAR) deposit to reflect in your VALR account. As soon as your money arrives it will reflect in your account and you will be sent an email notifying you of this.
Please ensure that you are sending ZAR directly from your own bank account and not through any third-party or bank account that is not in your own name.
When making an online transfer to fund your VALR account with ZAR, please ensure that you use your unique reference number that is shown to you when you click on "Deposit ZAR" from your Wallets page. Please do not include anything else in the reference.
You do not need to send a Proof of Payment to VALR.
