Deposits can take up to 48 business hours to reach your VALR wallet. As soon as your money reaches your account, you'll receive an email notification from us.
When depositing money into your VALR account, remember to use your unique reference starting with ZMW*** as the recipient reference. Otherwise, our system won't recognise that you've made the deposit.
A few things to remember:
- Only deposit money from your bank account that is in your name.
- Please only reach out to us if you've waited longer than 48 hours for your deposit to arrive.
- If you think you might have used an incorrect unique deposit reference number, attach your proof of payment and your unique ZMW reference number and send it to our Support Team.
