Minimum OS for newer App versions
Android Devices: Minimum 8.0
Apple Devices: Minimum iOS 16.4
Please note that the VALR app is not available on HarmonyOS.
You can continue using an older compatible version of the app if you are unable to meet these requirements but will risk losing out on critical functionality and will not receive any further product updates. VALR’s full product suite will always be available on valr.com.
Devices running older OS versions have reached their end of life, and may not support newer features.
How do I check my VALR app version?
- Open your VALR App and navigate to the homepage.
- Click on the Profile button in the top left corner.
- Scroll to the bottom to see the VALR App Version mentioned below the Help and support button.
