Devices running older OS versions have reached the end of its life.
VALR app version 1.0.68 and future releases will carry a minimum OS requirement, and access to new products and features will require that you keep your app updated to the most recent version.

Minimum OS for newer App versions
Android Devices: Minimum 5.0 (No restrictions to upgrade to the latest version yet)
Apple Devices: Minimum iOS 13 for app versions 1.0.68 and above.
You can continue using an older compatible version of the app if you are unable to meet these requirements but will risk losing out on critical functionality and will not receive any further product updates. VALR’s full product suite will always be available on valr.com.
How do I check my VALR app version?
- Open your VALR App
- Click on the menu "≡" button in the top right corner.
- Scroll to the bottom to see the VALR App Version mentioned below the Sign-out button.
Upcoming product
Updating to 1.0.78 will allow users to deposit and withdraw USDC on both AVAX and Ethereum blockchains. This feature will be turned on only for this version of the app and is scheduled to go live in the coming weeks. We will inform all our customers via email, our social channels and via push notifications when this feature is ready to use.
Trouble logging in after an update?
We are aware that some users have encountered login issues with the latest version of the app. This is due to a known caching issue and can be fixed by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from your app store.
