Opening an attachment sent by VALR's support team may re-direct you to the VALR website.
If you are re-directed to the VALR website when opening the attachment, you can follow the steps below to access it:
- Proceed to the VALR website and login
- On the top tab, click on "Explore"
- Select "Support portal" from the drop down menu
- Click on the drop-down menu next to your name and select "My activities"
- From there, you should be able to see your support tickets under “My requests”
- Select the support ticket that the attachment was sent in
- Open/download the attachment from this ticket
