VALR’s AI Assistant provides intuitive assistance, enabling users to:
- Conduct intelligent market analysis.
- Gain insights into their own account activity and performance.
- Obtain trading suggestions.
- Draw on the service for immediate and tailored AI support.
Soon, the AI Service will enable users to develop customised trading strategies and explore automated trading options directly within the VALR platform.
Currently, the AI Assistant is only accessible on the desktop version, with mobile support coming soon.
How to access:
Navigate to the top right corner of your screen and select the AI Assistant icon.
To start using the AI Assistant, you will need to enable access to your account:
- Click the AI Assistant icon.
- Review the information in the pop-up window.
- Select “Enable AI assistant”.
- Check your email inbox for an authorisation request.
- Approve the request via email to complete setup.
Once authorised, you can begin interacting with the AI Assistant immediately.
Important: You can revoke access at any time via your API settings.
