We periodically assess cryptocurrency markets on VALR to ensure a healthy trading environment for our customers. VALR may choose to disable a particular asset as collateral if market conditions cease to be favourable due to one or more of the following factors:
- Trading volume
- Liquidity
- Regulatory considerations
- Stability and safety of blockchain networks
- Other relevant factors
Please note that PNUT and POPCAT will no longer be supported as collateral or as loanable assets on VALR as of 12:00 PM (UTC) on 4 May 2026.
Important note:
PNUT/USDT and POPCAT/USDT are not being delisted from VALR.
Both trading pairs will continue to be supported and remain fully accessible on VALR’s Spot market.
- PNUT and POPCAT will no longer be accepted as collateral on Borrowing or any
margin-related services. - Any outstanding PNUT and/or POPCAT liabilities must be repaid before this time. Failure
to do so may result in automatic liquidation or conversion of collateral to repay PNUT
and/or POPCAT debts.
We strongly encourage users to adjust their positions and repay any PNUT and/or POPCAT related liabilities before 12:00 PM (UTC) on 4 May 2026 to avoid potential losses.
