Valid documents include:
- Passport
- National identity card (front and back) (South African customers can also use their green ID book, select their national ID card and take a picture of both sides of their ID book)
- Driver's Licence (front and back)
Other valid government-issued ID may be accepted if it has your full legal name, photo, date of birth, and issue and expiry dates all on the front of your ID.
What is an acceptable ID photo?

| ✓ ID occupies most of the image | ✘ Too much space around the ID |
| ✓ Background is visible all around the ID by 1-2 cm (1/2"-1") | ✘ ID edge is cropped (even if "just a little bit") |
