VALR is not responsible for any deposit or withdrawal that you make to an incorrect address or chain.
For incorrect withdrawals from VALR, we have no means to recover any funds withdrawn from VALR to an incorrect address or chain.
For incorrect deposits to VALR, whether this involves an incorrect address or the incorrect chain, VALR may be able to attempt to recover the funds, but this involves risks and costs and in some cases, recovery is not possible at all.
A minimum fee of $5,000 (or equivalent value in the crypto) will be charged for attempting to recover incorrectly deposited funds, but VALR can in no way guarantee that any attempt to recover any funds will be made or successful.
