You may submit a request to close your account through the VALR App or by contacting our support team. Prior to initiating the account closure process, we recommend transferring or withdrawing all funds from your account.
How do I initiate the Account closure request?
To request the closure of your account on the VALR App, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Login to your VALR account
- Navigate to Account Menu
- Go to "Help & Support" option
- Select "Delete Account"
- Click on the "Contact Support" button.
- Send us the email and our support team will get back to you with the further steps.
Alternatively, if you can't access your VALR account from the App, you can reach out to our support team and they will help you with the further steps.
