VALR Brand Asset Terms of Use (Media/Editorial)

VALR makes these brand assets available to support news reporting and editorial coverage of VALR.

By downloading or using these assets, you agree to the following:

  1. Permitted use

You may use VALR’s name, logo, and brand assets only for editorial/media purposes, including news articles, reporting, and factual references to VALR.

  1. No commercial or promotional use

You may not use VALR brand assets for advertising, marketing, promotions, sponsorships, or other commercial purposes without VALR’s prior written approval.

  1. No endorsement / affiliation

You must not use VALR brand assets in a way that suggests VALR endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with any person, product, service, or organisation unless expressly approved in writing.

  1. No misleading use / impersonation

You must not use VALR brand assets to:

  • misrepresent your identity or authority,
  • impersonate VALR or a VALR representative, or
  • mislead users into believing content, communications, or services are official VALR channels.
  1. No use as your identity or branding

You may not use VALR brand assets as part of your own product name, app icon, social profile, domain, handle, or branding, or register anything confusingly similar to VALR.

  1. No alteration

You may not modify the VALR logo or icon, including changing colours (except using provided variants), stretching, rotating, distorting, animating, re-drawing, or adding effects.

  1. Ownership

VALR is a trademark of VALR. All brand assets are protected by trademark and other applicable laws. All rights, title, and interest remain exclusively with VALR. No licence or rights are granted beyond the limited, revocable permission expressly stated in these Terms.

  1. Enforcement and remedies

Any unauthorised, misleading, or infringing use of VALR brand assets constitutes a violation of VALR’s intellectual property rights. VALR reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate.

  1. Updates and revocation

VALR may update these assets or withdraw permission to use them at any time. Upon request, you agree to stop using the assets and remove them from future publication or distribution where reasonably possible.

  1. Disclaimer

Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
