If you forgot your password or want to reset it, please follow the steps below:
- Click on 'Forgot password' at the bottom of the website sign-in page
- Enter your verified email address
- Select on the box 'I'm not a robot'
- Click on 'Send reset instructions'
- Go to your inbox and click on 'Choose a new password' (The link will expire in 30 minutes)
- Set a new password and confirm it by re-entering in the next column
- Click on 'Save' and your password will be changed
Please remember when resetting your password, it has to be done on the following:
- Same device
- Same wifi/LTE network
- Same browser
