VALR sends you emails to complete certain actions like withdrawing funds or linking a new device. There may be cases where your email either moves our emails to spam, or auto filters our emails into a specific folder. If you are struggling to find emails from VALR, please follow the steps below to whitelist emails from VALR so that you can more easily find them.
Outlook
VALR domain
1. Sign into Outlook using your web browser (outlook.live.com)
2. On the top right of your screen, click on the settings icon
3. On the bottom right of your screen, click on "View all Outlook settings"
4. Next, click on "Junk Mail"
5. In the "Safe senders and domains" section, click "Add"
6. Enter "valr.com" in the section under "Add" and press enter
7. On the bottom right of the "Junk Mail" section, click save
Note: Refresh the page to confirm that this setting has been saved and you're good to go :)
VALR Mailing list
Repeat step 1 to 4 stated above
5. In the "Safe mailing lists" section, click "Add"
6. Input the following email addresses in the section under "Add" and press enter.
7. On the bottom right of the "Junk Mail" section, click save
Note: Refresh the page to confirm that this setting has been saved and you're good to go :)
Gmail
1. Sign into Gmail using your web browser (mail.google.com)
2. On the top right of your screen, click on the settings icon
3. Just under "Quick settings", click on "See all settings"
4. Right under "Settings", there is a row of sub-headings. Click on "Filters and Blocked Addresses"
5. Around the centre of your screen, click on "Create a new filter"
6. In the "from" field Type in "no-reply@valr.com"
7. Click on "Create Filter" as demonstrated in the above image
8. Tick the box next to "Never send it to spam" and click "Create Filter" on the bottom right of that section
9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for the following email address:
