Managing your finances on the internet accompanies many security risks. There are ways to protect your VALR account. You can revoke access to any of your devices if there's no active session on it.
Revoking a device logs you out of your VALR account on that device completely. This is ideal if you've lost a device, are switching to a new one, or suspect that someone else may have access to your account.
Steps to revoke the access of unwanted devices:
- Sign-in to your VALR account from web or app
-
Go to your Account and click on 'Settings'
-
Click on 'Security' and scroll down to 'My devices'
- Revoke any unwanted device by clicking on 'Revoke'
Note:
- All your linked devices with active sessions can be managed here.
- In case you revoke a linked device and try to use the same device again, you will be required to authorize the device again.
- If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, or see any unauthorized use via one of your linked devices, please revoke access immediately.
- If you receive a device authorization email from any email address other than no-reply@valr.com, do not click on the link, delete the email and report it immediately.
